Established Search are working with an international dental manufacturer with strong European roots and a global presence. The organisation is seeking a Sales Account Manager â Hygiene & Dental Care to drive growth across the South of England, supporting dental practices, dealer partners, and clinical teams.
You will join a highâperforming UK commercial team focused on expanding market share and strengthening clinical and dealer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and grow the territory within the hygiene and dental care portfolio, achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Identify key commercial opportunities, competitive trends, and customer needs to inform territory plans
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations, clinical education, and training sessions to dental teams, hygienists, and dealer representatives
- Plan and execute regular practice visits, CPD sessions, exhibitions, and KOLâfocused activities
- Build strong, trustâbased relationships across both private and NHS practices
- Work closely with dealer partners to support joint initiatives, marketing campaigns, and inâpractice events
- Provide ongoing market feedback to internal teams to support broader commercial and marketing efforts
- Experience in dental consumables or equipment sales with a strong track record of territory growth
- Confidence engaging clinicians, practice teams, and dealer partners at multiple levels
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Highly organised and selfâmotivated, able to manage a fieldâbased role independently
- Committed to continuous learning and maintaining high product knowledge
- Willingness to travel regularly across the South of England
- Dental hygienist background strongly preferred due to the clinical nature of the product portfolio
