Overview
An innovative, European-based medical technology company is seeking a senior clinical marketing professional to support the launch and adoption of a novel ultrasound-based solution within women’s health. This strategic role sits at the intersection of clinical expertise and commercial execution, playing a key part in introducing a new minimally invasive treatment pathway across the UK and selected European markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead European commercialization strategy and launch activities for a new clinical technology
- Develop and execute surgeon engagement and procedural adoption programs
- Design clinical education initiatives, including training tools and learning pathways
- Build and maintain relationships with key clinical stakeholders, including KOLs and early adopters
- Create compelling clinical and marketing messaging to support market adoption
- Monitor market dynamics, competitive landscape, and clinical trends to inform strategy
- Collaborate closely with sales, clinical, and marketing teams to ensure aligned execution
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in clinical marketing, product management, or a related role within medtech or healthcare
- Strong clinical knowledge in areas such as gynecology, ultrasound, or minimally invasive procedures
- Demonstrated experience launching new medical devices, technologies, or clinical procedures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior clinical and commercial stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic environment.
