A well-established and currently expanding Law firm is looking for an experienced and positive individual to join their team in an exciting and rewarding position. The firm is currently looking for someone who is able to fill a temporary junior accounts role for at least 6 months. The firm has been recommended by the Legal 500 and is the proud recipient of a number of awards, accreditations, and memberships granted for their high standards in client advice and service.
A successful candidate is required to:
- Be Knowledgeable: You must have immediate knowledge of the Proclaim case management system and have excellent Solicitors Accounts Rules knowledge. This position will involve dealing with resolving problem balances and managing file closures.
- Be Organised: A successful candidate should be able to organise and plan their day-to-day duties, file away appropriate documents, and handle invoices, general cashiering duties, cash allocation, and posting journals to accounts payable and receivable.
Although this is a temporary contract, there is potential for the right candidate to be offered a permanent role. Alternatively, a full-time role may be available immediately for a candidate who wishes to work part-time, although this would be a five-day week with reduced hours, and a candidate who can start immediately is preferred.
