Top tier law firm is currently seeking an experienced facilities assistant to work as part of a busy team. In this role you will be supporting the facilities and the IT team.
Responsibilities
- Processing of internal and external post.
- Scanning and electronically sending post to relevant departments.
- Keeping records up to date using Excel, Word and bespoke software.
- Using a franking machine.
- Setting up of meeting rooms.
- Stocking meeting rooms with stationery.
- Ordering consumables as and when needed.
- Liaising with contractors when needed.Organising couriers.
- Supporting the IT helpdesk.
- Dealing with 1st line support and raising issues when required.
Skills
- Highly effective communication skills both written & verbal.
- Excellent office administration skills.
- Outstanding organisation skills, a very highly competent planner.
- Proven knowledge of Microsoft packages and very confident to quickly pick up the use of specialised software packages & databases.
