Join our team at Essity, as a Customer Facing & Order Management Representative, where you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

About The Role

This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract where you will be the primary point of contact for our customers and Sales & Marketing teams. Your responsibilities include providing timely and effective administrative support, managing customer requests, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the customer experience. We’re looking for people who embody our values, aren’t afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. We’re always looking for ways to improve our products and ourselves.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers and Sales & Marketing teams, aiming for first call resolution.
  • Manage customer requests and queries in collaboration with sales representatives.
  • Provide timely and effective administrative support, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
  • Proactively manage exception‑based tasks to enhance the customer experience.
  • Interact with service specialists for deeper knowledge and further investigation when needed.

Who You Are

  • Strong customer focus, dedicated to delivering high levels of customer service and meeting commitments.
  • Experience in customer service, handling enquiries, complaints, and requests effectively.
  • Well‑organised, able to prioritise workloads, and comfortable with interruptions.
  • Natural ability to form relationships and network effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for efficient tracking of customer interactions and orders.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams).
  • Previous experience in a Business‑to‑Business Customer Service environment is advantageous.

With a hybrid way of working, our Willerby office is home to the commercial team for Health & Medical Solutions. Strategically placed to the west of the City of Hull in the East Yorkshire region. With easy access, restaurants and commercial facilities nearby.
