About the Role

Reporting to the Strategic Accounts & Contracts Manager this role is a hybrid role (3 days in the office and 2 days at home) and the ideal candidate will be located close to ideally Willerby or Dunstable.

What You Will Do

Day to day you will be responsible for :

• Service Level agreements for customers joining Frameworks
• Manage contract novations
• Management of tenders :
  • Monitoring tender portals / mailbox for notifications of tenders
  • Project managing process
  • Reviewing tender specifications
  • Collating all required information / samples
  • Writing tender responses
  • Uploading of documentation on customer portal
• Gaining internal sign off :
  • Breaking down results of tender and communicating to wider business / arranging tender debriefs
  • Storage of documentation
  • Pricing analysis support
  • Co-ordination of price increase communications to customers
  • Managing data requests from customers
  • Applying for drug tariff increases

Who You Are

The ideal candidate for this role will have :

• High attention to detail coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in tenders / contracts role
• Good organisational skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Agile mindset
