About the Role

Our ethos is to fix things for good, ensuring our 2 paper machines and 7 converting lines operate efficiently, and that our site infrastructure projects are completed. Our technical teams support shift operations, focusing on planned maintenance, breakdown management, and continuous improvement activities. This large manufacturing site includes key engineering areas such as:

  • Facilities Maintenance
  • Converting hall (7 lines)
  • De-ink pulp preparation areas
  • Automated warehouse facility

What You Will Do

You will deliver preventative maintenance, liaise with contractors and suppliers, and collaborate internally to improve machine efficiencies and site infrastructure from a technical perspective. Safety, product quality, and delivery are our priorities. You will work towards Key Performance Indicators as part of the technical support team.

Who You Are

You should have at least a Level 3 qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering, and an HNC or equivalent experience. Experience with large-scale machinery, industrial environments, PPM, and root cause analysis is advantageous but not essential.
