You’ll keep our assets running safely and reliably through defined PPM (planned preventative maintenance) and TPM (total productive maintenance) activities, partnering closely with operations to maximise uptime and performance.**What You Will Do*** ### Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues using Daily Direction Setting (DDS) and root cause analysis, fixing problems for good* ### Drive continuous improvement and embed a preventative maintenance culture through condition‑based and precision maintenance programmes* ### Install and commission new projects that improve efficiency while reducing energy usage and cost* ### Develop maintenance risk assessments and SOPs; implement effective procedures that meet standards for safety, quality, CILs, and Centrelines* ### Coach colleagues to build technical capability and enhance the use of online maintenance tools* ### You will be accountable for KPI’s including breakdown reduction, MTTR/MTBF and budget adherence on your asset(s) of responsibility.### **Who You Are*** Possess in‑depth mechanical knowledge* Understand process theory to assess and maintain detailed asset condition* Strong grasp of Safety, Quality, and Environmental principles* Proven involvement in Continuous Improvement* A zero‑loss mindset, with a track record in reliability and waste reduction* Clear communicator, effective at all levels of the business* Experience coaching others and sharing best practice**What We Can Offer You**Beyond the great rewards and benefits, you’ll join a global, purpose‑driven team where you can innovate, challenge, and move fast.
