Are you able to work independently and as part of a wider team? We are looking to appoint a Sourcing Supply Co-ordinator on a FTC until January 2028.
About the Role
Essity is a leading global health and hygiene company who manufacture and distribute many leading brands such as Tork, Cushelle, Velvet and Bodyform. We have an opportunity for a Sourcing Supply Coordinator to support the UK Procurement – Paper for Recycling (PfR) team in maintaining a long term sustainable recovered paper supply for the Essity paper mills.
In this role you will be responsible for performing all day-to-day functions required to support the Paper for Recycling Procurement team to facilitate with the supply of Paper for Recycling materials to Essity paper mills.
What You Will Do
Working closely with the Procurement Manager Recycled Fiber and team you will create purchase orders through SAP, tracking these through to prompt payment, liaise with key stakeholders on Paper for Recycling collections and quality and maintain data for management reporting. Strong attention to detail is required along with excellent organisational skills to juggle conflicting priorities to ensure work is actioned in a timely manner.
