As Senior Mechanical Technician in the days team at Prudhoe, you will lead defined maintenance activities with a focus on mechanical systems. You will be accountable for the performance and reliability of machinery through preventative and predictive maintenance strategies. This hands-on role is central to our ambition of zero breakdowns and zero stops, and will contribute to both short-term performance and long-term asset development.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance Leadership: Manage and plan mechanical work on site, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and legal standards.
- Technical Support: Coach and support operational colleagues in resolving mechanical issues and improving machine reliability.
