Process Operator Operating in safety a production line for manufacturing products according to fixed specifications and standard operating procedures.
As member of the shift team is responsible for the performance of the machine.
The operator Intermediate has the skills to undertake the tasks needed to operate/ sustain efficiently the equipment/process.

Main accountabilities and responsibilities (including I Care) An Employee with uncompromised commitment to our I Care journey which ensures a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment.
- Operates process & equipment efficiently.
- Able to consistently apply the necessary standards to keep the process under control.
- Understands the Operation and equipment, what it does/how it works & can carry out CIL tasks and perform simple maintenance tasks.
- Lead small change-overs
- Order and prepare raw materials and install them on the machine according Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintain an adequate communication with previous and next shift as well with other persons involved in running the machine
- Maintain an optimal housekeeping situation.
- Secure the quality level of the products by regular checking against the product specification rejecting and blocking if necessary.
- Complete all required documentation and data files during production.

Who You Are
Experience and qualification requirements
- High School, Technical Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in an operator role in the manufacturing area
- Proven experience with operating complex machinery or production equipment and understanding of the operational processes.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving minor technical issues with machines or equipment.
- Process optimization experience or involvement in improving production workflows or efficiency.
- Experience with safety protocols and maintenance procedures for equipment, including calibration, inspections, and cleaning.
