The predicted salary is between 36000 - 44000 £ per year.

As the Initiatives Graduate you will link in with the Sales, Marketing and Quality department to deliver professional support in all product matters. You will be part of the Initiative’s team, with a first point contact directly to the Initiatives’ Engineer. This is a 24 Month Fixed Term Contract.

About the Role

You will lead small initiative projects, as well as assisting with projects ran by the initiatives team, to develop a technical understanding of the production lines that enables you to lead successful validation of all initiatives right first time.

What You Will Do

  • Act and behave as a role model for safety.
  • Identify trends in the industry to drive product upgrade opportunities.
  • Support the Initiative’s Engineer with market driven projects.
  • Implement production skills, learn to troubleshoot, and gain knowledge of the product supply industry.
  • Qualify technical mastery skills in different areas, determined by the Manufacturing Academy.
  • Product life management - phasing in, phasing out.
  • Monitor and track production processes and work methods, linked to delivered initiatives.
  • Collect, compile, and analyse production data to identify opportunities to further improve the production processes and performance.

Who You Are

You will have graduated with a Product Design, Mechanical/Technical/Chemical Engineering or Business Degree, have an analytical mindset and knowledge of how things work mechanically. You will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, with proven experience of using Excel/Power BI.
