About the Role

As a Line Leader at Prudhoe site, you will take ownership of a production line and lead a team of 23 dedicated professionals. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate closely with engineers and operators to deliver results that matter.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and Manage Team: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of 23, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
  • Ensure Operational Standards: Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing excellence standards across the line.
  • Drive Performance: Monitor KPIs, manage timekeeping, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Engineers: Work closely with process, mechanical, and electrical engineers to optimize line performance.
  • Manage Maintenance Plans: Oversee the execution of maintenance schedules and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Support TPM and SAP Processes: Facilitate Total Productive Maintenance rollout and SAP-based workflows.
  • Coach and Develop Team: Promote learning and growth through onboarding, coaching, and performance management.

Who You Are

  • University degree preferred.
  • Demonstratable people management experience in manufacturing or production environments.
  • Technical understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • TPM and SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills combined with resilience and adaptability.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
