About The Role
Working with the global market‑leading TENA® brand, you will be responsible for both winning new business and growing existing accounts across Acute and Home Delivery channels. This is a highly varied role where you’ll partner with clinicians, supporting them to select the most appropriate continence solutions to deliver the best outcomes for patients, customers and Essity. This is a permanent, full‑time position reporting into the Regional Sales Manager. This is a regional role covering Home Care and Acute across the following areas: Shropshire, Hereford & Worcester, Bristol, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Birmingham, Staffordshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Gloucestershire.

What You Will Do
- Build a deep understanding of customer needs within the Home Delivery (primary care) sector
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the acute setting
- Deliver engaging product and educational training both remotely and face‑to‑face
- Use CRM tools and customer segmentation to plan and manage your territory effectively
- Develop and execute Territory Business Plans, tracking and optimising performance
- Leverage marketing campaigns to drive engagement and sales outcomes
- Analyse monthly performance data to identify growth opportunities, risks and trends
