Essity is seeking an experienced Maintenance Leader for our Stubbins Paper Mill in the United Kingdom. You will lead the maintenance function, drive reliability and continuous improvement, and work closely with production and engineering to deliver site objectives.
Reporting to the Site Leadership Team, you will champion our Run to Standard culture, own maintenance budgets, and develop long-term plans while coaching maintenance teams to high performance.
