At Essity, we’re looking for a Brand Manager to help drive the growth of our Femcare portfolio, including Bodyform®, one of the UK’s most recognised intimate health brands. This is an exciting opportunity to shape brand strategy, bring insight-led campaigns to life and make a real impact in a category that supports confidence, wellbeing and everyday health.

You’ll join a collaborative and supportive team where your ideas, commercial mindset and passion for brand building will help identify new opportunities, strengthen consumer engagement and deliver meaningful growth across the Bodyform® portfolio.

About The Role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this is a permanent opportunity offered on a hybrid basis, with three days per week in our Didsbury office and two days working from home.

What You Will Do

  • You’ll be responsible for the execution of key brand activities for Bodyform®, helping to deliver the marketing strategy and drive performance within the Femcare category.
  • You’ll take ownership of brand communications, campaigns, promotions and innovation projects, working closely with teams across the UK and Europe to bring plans to market.
  • From product development and creative agency collaboration to retail activation and consumer insight, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our brand activity is engaging, consistent and commercially effective.
  • You’ll also support the development and delivery of educational materials and consumer-focused initiatives, working with internal teams and external partners to build strong awareness of the Bodyform® portfolio.

Who You Are

You’re an experienced FMCG marketer with a strong understanding of brand management in a commercial environment. You’ll be confident taking projects from concept through to launch, using insight, creativity and collaboration to deliver activity that connects with consumers and supports business growth.

You’ll be comfortable working cross-functionally, building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders across different teams and markets. If you’re commercially curious, proactive and passionate about developing brands that make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
