About the Role
Reporting to the Strategic Accounts & Contracts Manager, this role is a hybrid role (3 days in the office and 2 days at home) and the ideal candidate will be located close to ideally Willerby or Dunstable.
What You Will Do
Day to day you will be responsible for:
- Service Level agreements for customers joining Frameworks
- Manage contract novation's
- Management of tenders:
- Monitoring tender portals/ mailbox for notifications of tenders
- Project managing process
- Reviewing tender specifications
- Collating all required information/ samples
- Writing tender responses
- Uploading of documentation on customer portal
- Gaining internal sign off
- Breaking down results of tender and communicating to wider business/ arranging tender debriefs
- Storage of documentation
- Pricing analysis support
- Co-ordination of price increase communications to customers
- Managing data requests from customers
- Applying for drug tariff increases
