About the Role

As a Strategic Healthcare Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in driving change across the healthcare system. Working within our Health & Medical business, you will collaborate closely with both internal teams and external healthcare stakeholders to develop and deliver solutions that improve patient outcomes and service efficiency. You'll operate in a highly patient-centric and specialist environment, aligning NHS priorities with Essity's solutions to create long-term, sustainable value for all partners. This is a permanent, territory based role with the ideal candidate being situated in the North of England or the South of Scotland (M62 Corridor and above).

What You Will Do

No two days look the same in this role, but you can expect to:

  • Build and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across London and the South East, including Directors, Service Managers and Clinical professionals
  • Identify challenges and opportunities within healthcare services and co-create value-driven solutions
  • Shape and deliver service development plans that enhance patient pathways and clinical outcomes
  • Influence and support the adoption of new services and innovative approaches across healthcare settings
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams such as Account Management to align activity with broader business objectives
  • Develop compelling business cases and project plans that demonstrate both clinical and commercial value
  • Stay close to evolving NHS priorities and healthcare trends to proactively identify new opportunities
