Key Account Manager
The responsibility of the Key Account Manager is to drive overall growth in Tork Vision Cleaning across the UK & Ireland. The role works alongside other Key Account Managers and Customer Success securing new customers and helping them implement data-driven cleaning.
About the Role
Essity and its Tork brand are the global leaders in data-driven cleaning with its Tork Vision Cleaning (TVC) solution. The innovative and insightful solution uses Internet of Things (IoT) technology to optimise washroom cleaning in facilities.
In order to continue growth in this rapidly expanding area we are currently recruiting for a Key Account Manager. We are looking for a team player who embodies our values and who wants to develop and manage a client portfolio, take on new challenges and continually innovate.
This role can be based anywhere in the UK.
What You Will Do
- Consult with end customers (cleaning and facilities management companies) to identify and qualify sales opportunities for TVC
- Collaborate with other Key Account Managers and Customer Success to develop a business plan to achieve growth targets
- Maintain an active sales pipeline of potential new customers and develop compelling offers based on their needs
- Lead end-to-end sales process including contract negotiation and closing deals while managing a customer portfolio ensuring contract renewals, extensions and upsells
- Serve as a subject matter expert and offer technical expertise and industry insight enhancing sales effectiveness
- Ensure proper deployment in new sites along with Customer Success and installation partners
- Drive customer adoption so they fully leverage the benefits of the system and ensure high client satisfaction
- Be a link between customer needs and future evolution of the solution
- Seek referrals from existing customers to create new opportunities
Who You Are
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Proven sales experience with new and innovative products
- Experience of selling cleaning solutions, working with a technical offering or working in a soft services environment
- Experience with senior level negotiations
- Early adopter mindset
