About the Role

Reporting to the Strategic Accounts and Contracts Manager this role is a hybrid role (3 days in the office and 2 days at home) and the ideal candidate will be located close to ideally Willerby or Dunstable.

What You Will Do

Day to day you will be responsible for:

  • Service Level agreements for customers joining Frameworks
  • Manage contract novation’s
  • Management of tenders:
    • Monitoring tender portals/ mailbox for notifications of tenders
    • Project managing process
    • Reviewing tender specifications
    • Collating all required information/ samples
    • Writing tender responses
    • Uploading of documentation on customer portal
    • Gaining internal sign off
    • Breaking down results of tender and communicating to wider business/ arranging tender debriefs
    • Storage of documentation
    • Pricing analysis support
    • Co-ordination of price increase communications to customers
    • Managing data requests from customers
    • Applying for drug tariff increases

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Previous experience in tenders/ contracts role
