  • Market Partnership: Collaborate with local commercial teams to translate global strategies into actionable market-level plans and priorities.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a geographically distributed team, providing direction, coaching, prioritisation, and resource allocation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships across global marketing, commercial teams, agencies, platform partners, and senior leadership to align priorities and deliver results.
  • Governance & Optimisation: Drive continuous improvement through governance routines, business reviews, budget planning, and operational excellence initiatives.

Who You Are

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in eCommerce, retail media, digital marketing, marketplace management, or a similar commercial environment, ideally within FMCG, healthcare, medical devices, or consumer goods.
  • Strong expertise in Amazon Advertising, marketplace ecosystems, digital content management, and related tools such as Amazon Ads, DSP, SKAI, Salsify, or comparable platforms.
  • Proven ability to combine strategic thinking with execution, manage multiple priorities, build strong stakeholder relationships, lead cross-functional initiatives, and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, communication, commercial thinking, prioritisation, and the ability to move confidently between strategic planning and hands-on execution in a complex global environment.
  • Fluent English communication skills with experience working across international markets, regions, and cross-functional teams.
