A key part of this role is delivering high-quality product training to healthcare professionals, alongside driving commercial growth for TENA® across hospital environments.

About the Role

Working with the global market‑leading TENA® brand, you will be responsible for both winning new business and growing existing accounts across Acute and Home Delivery channels. This is a highly varied role where you'll partner with clinicians, supporting them to select the most appropriate continence solutions to deliver the best outcomes for patients, customers and Essity. This is a permanent, full‑time position covering the South West of England, reporting into the Regional Sales Manager.

What You Will Do

  • Build a deep understanding of customer needs within the Home Delivery (primary care) sector
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the acute setting
  • Deliver engaging product and educational training both remotely and face‑to‑face
  • Use CRM tools and customer segmentation to plan and manage your territory effectively
  • Develop and execute Territory Business Plans, tracking and optimising performance
  • Leverage marketing campaigns to drive engagement and sales outcomes
  • Analyse monthly performance data to identify growth opportunities, risks and trends

You'll bring a strong mix of clinical understanding and commercial focus, with a passion for delivering better patient outcomes. Ideally, you are:

  • A confident relationship builder and communicator
  • Commercially driven with a proactive sales mindset
  • Highly organised with strong planning skills
  • A confident presenter and trainer
  • Analytical and comfortable working with data
  • Skilled at influencing a variety of stakeholders
  • Experienced in delivering engaging virtual sessions (e.g. via Teams)
  • Bringing clinical experience, knowledge or background ideally from a clinical nursing background

You will need to live within the territory and be able to travel regularly, including occasional overnight stays. A full UK driving licence is required.
