About the role
Are you ready to drive logistics transformation across multiple sites? Do you thrive in matrix environments and want to shape best-in-class warehousing standards? Could you be the bridge between strategy and execution?
As Cluster Logistic Manager, you’ll be at the heart of Essity’s logistics transformation journey. You’ll lead the charge in harmonizing warehousing standards, driving continuous improvement, and optimizing cost and service performance across a cluster of manufacturing sites. Acting as a strategic link between central logistics and site-level operations, you’ll collaborate with factory logistics managers, site leaders, and third-party providers to ensure alignment, efficiency, and impact.

What you will do

Cluster Strategy & Leadership: Act as a functional bridge between central logistics and site-level operations, driving alignment, capability building, and continuous improvement across multiple locations.

Process Optimization: Lead initiatives to standardize warehousing processes, improve safety, and reduce logistics costs while enhancing service levels and operational efficiency.

Performance Management: Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs (e.g. OTIF, inventory accuracy, replenishment rates), identify gaps, and implement targeted improvements.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with factory logistics managers, site leaders, and third-party providers to resolve challenges and align on strategic priorities.

System Implementation: Introduce and train teams on logistics systems and routines, ensuring consistent usage and role clarity across sites.

Budget Oversight: Support logistics budget development and cost control, identifying opportunities for savings and footprint optimization.

Team Development: Mentor site teams, promote talent rotation, and leverage cluster setup to build capabilities and share resources.
Who you are
-
Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering or a related field.

You bring a strong track record in logistics, warehousing or supply chain, with experience leading transformation, process optimization or cost-saving initiatives.

You are confident using SAP in a manufacturing or logistics environment, and familiar with tools such as Power BI and Transporeon; knowledge of warehouse management systems is a plus.

You thrive in matrix environments, with a proactive mindset, strong collaboration and communication skills, and the ability to lead change and coach teams across multiple sites.

Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
