We’re currently looking for a Brand Manager to join our team and help shape the future of our leading global brand, TENA Men. This role offers the opportunity to deliver the marketing strategy for a key part of the TENA portfolio, identifying market, customer, and consumer opportunities that drive growth and innovation. What You Will Do Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you’ll take the lead on execution for the TENA Men brand. This is a pivotal role focused on driving brand growth, consumer engagement, and product development within the male incontinence category. You’ll help shape the direction of the brand, managing communications, promotions, and innovation projects. Collaboration is key, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the UK and Europe, including product development, creative, and retail, acting as a key advocate for the brand. Your expertise and passion for the TENA Men portfolio will support our continued growth. You’ll also guide the development and delivery of training programmes and educational materials, working alongside external partners to promote TENA products and services. Who You Are We’re looking for candidates with proven experience in FMCG marketing, ideally having managed brands within a commercial FMCG environment.
