**Assistant Brand Manager(20 month fixed term contract)**## **About the role**Essity UK Consumer Goods is looking for an **Assistant Brand Manager – Consumer Goods** to work on our leading brands **Bodyfrom** and **TENA**. The Assistant Brand manager will take responsibility for the day-to-day marketing activation, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives and KPI’s to support ambitious brand growth. In this varied role you will be responsible for:.Support the SBM in the implementation of ATL and BTL regional marketing strategy and plans in line with global requirements. Work with internal digital hub developing ratings and reviews. Work with internal DTC team to develop and manage annual social content calendars. Management of product range development – new packaging, new pack formats, changes in legal requirements. Admin based responsibilities ## **Who You Are**Experience working within a marketing team preferably within FMCG Ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a constantly changing environment Strong cross functional experience Demonstrated experience and success in project management Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills Excellent team player and ability to work cross-functionally Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusionsAbility to multi-task under pressure Guided by our Beliefs & Behaviour, our culture is the foundation that connects our history with our future.
