About the Role
As Amazon IKAM EMEA & Australasia (d/f/m), you will lead the execution of the Amazon commercial strategy across multiple markets, driving accelerated growth, profitability, and market share. You will establish clear pricing and assortment frameworks across markets, ensuring consistency, scale, and competitiveness while enabling effective local execution and delivery of commercial objectives. Acting as a key interface between Amazon and internal stakeholders, you will drive alignment of operational ways of working to improve execution efficiency, customer service, and long-term partnership effectiveness and ensure the sustainable end-to-end profitability of the Amazon business.
In this highly collaborative role, you will operate within a complex, global matrix - working across sales, e‑commerce, commercial development, finance, supply chain, and category teams to deliver consistent and scalable outcomes.
What You Will Do
- Commercial Strategy: Lead the execution of Amazon’s commercial strategy across EMEA and Australasia to deliver growth, profitability, and market share
- Joint Business Planning: Own and drive joint business plans with Amazon, shaping long-term growth and partnership strategies
- Commercial Negotiations: Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, trade, promotions) to drive sustainable growth
- Strategic Relationship Management: Build and influence senior relationships with Amazon and across global and local stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery
- Performance Insights: Translate performance insights into clear, actionable plans at speed to accelerate growth across markets
- Operational Excellence: Identify and solve complex commercial and operational challenges (commercial, supply chain, finance), strengthening ways of working at scale
Who You Are
- University degree or equivalent with significant years of experience as Amazon/e-commerce/commercial leader with a strong multi-market FMCG track record
- Strong commercial acumen, with expertise in pricing, negotiation, and delivering profitable growth
- Proven relationship builder with the credibility to influence senior stakeholders across global and local organisations
- Resilient and solutions-focused, able to navigate complexity and drive outcomes in a matrix environment
- Highly analytical, able to turn data and insights into clear strategic direction
- Hands-on and delivery-focused, with a track record of executing strategy and driving results
- Fluent in English

This role is based in Didsbury, UK, or alternatively in Munich, Germany. You will be reporting to Benjamin Elmslie, E-Commerce Director PC & CT. The role involves approximately up to 25% travel across Europe.
