Operating in safety a production line for manufacturing products according to fixed specifications and standard operating procedures. As a member of the shift team, is responsible for the performance of the machine. The operator Intermediate has the skills to undertake the tasks needed to operate/sustain efficiently the equipment/process.

- Regarding process skills/tasks: Operates process & equipment efficiently. Able to consistently apply the necessary standards to keep the process under control.
- Regarding Mechanical skills/tasks: Understands the Operation and equipment, what it does/how it works & can carry out CIL tasks and perform simple maintenance tasks.
- Lead small change-overs.
- Order and prepare raw materials and install them on the machine according to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintain adequate communication with previous and next shift as well as with other persons involved in running the machine.
- Maintain an optimal housekeeping situation.
- Secure the quality level of the products by regular checking against the product specification rejecting and blocking if necessary.
- Complete all required documentation and data files during production.
Who You Are
Experience and qualification requirements:
- High School, Technical Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in an operator role in the manufacturing area.
- Proven experience with operating complex machinery or production equipment and understanding of the operational processes.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving minor technical issues with machines or equipment.
- Process optimization experience or involvement in improving production workflows or efficiency.
- Experience with safety protocols and maintenance procedures for equipment, including calibration, inspections, and cleaning.
