About the Role

Essity is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pricing & Rebates Support Specialist to join our Professional Hygiene team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective administrative day-to-day pricing and rebate support, following established procedures and guidelines.

Reporting to Pricing Adminstration Team Leader this is a full time hybrid role (3 days in the office, two at home) based from our offices in Dunstable.

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Rebates and Price Support: Create and manage agreements in the S/4 system, get approvals, and adjust accruals as needed.
  • Ensure Accuracy: Monitor accruals closely and make necessary adjustments.
  • Customer Payments: Process monthly, quarterly and annual rebates, generate credit notes, and ensure timely payments.
  • Support Pricing: Prepare and process monthly and quarterly price support claims, resolve errors, and produce credit notes.
  • Assist Sales Team: Help Key Account Managers with rebates and price support.
  • Analyze Pricing: Conduct pricing analysis to support decisions.
  • Manage Contracts: Organize and maintain contract documentation.
