- We're looking for a
- Senior Brand Manager to join our Consumer Goods team on a
- 12-month fixed-term contract . This role will lead the activation and growth of
Plenty® , one of the UK's leading household towel brands, through the delivery of effective marketing campaigns, product initiatives and digital activities.
This is a hybrid role based in
Didsbury, Manchester , with three days per week in the office and up to two days working from home .
What You Will Do
- Deliver brand plans and campaigns across ATL and BTL channels.
- Lead TV, digital, social and shopper marketing activities to drive brand growth.
- Partner with commercial, category, global marketing and agency teams to deliver brand objectives.
- Manage external agencies, including briefing, campaign development and performance evaluation.
- Support product launches, packaging updates and product range development.
- Drive brand presence across retailer websites, owned channels and social media platforms.
- Manage marketing budgets and monitor performance against KPIs.
- Analyse market and consumer data to identify growth opportunities.
- Support artwork development and approval processes.
- Provide guidance and support to the Assistant Brand Manager on key projects.
Who You Are
You will bring
- Previous brand marketing experience, ideally within FMCG or a consumer goods environment.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Commercial awareness and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power Point.
- A collaborative, proactive and results-focused mindset.
