About the Role
As a Finished Goods Market Warehouse Coordinator, you will handle daily operational responsibilities related to our Market Warehouse (MWH) performance and stock control, while playing a key role in continuous improvement through liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
This role is based in Prudhoe (Northumberland), working Monday to Friday with a hybrid working arrangement.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the main contact for MWH data/system issues
- Ensure stock and system data accuracy
- Support data-driven warehouse improvements
- Coordinate daily with Warehouses, Transport, and Customer Services
- Monitor and support KPI achievement using data
- Create and maintain operational reports
- Collaborate with 3PL and WMS providers on data/system matters
Who You Are
To succeed, you should have experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing and warehouse environment. You must be confident in recording and retrieving computer-based data and possess the following skills:
- Experience in warehouse/manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in data entry, retrieval, and analysis
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving skills with a data-focused mindset
- Clear communication and team-oriented attitude
- Results-driven with analytical skills
- Experience with SAP and WMS platforms
