What You Will Do
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you’ll take the lead on execution for theTENA Menbrand. This is a pivotal role focused on driving brand growth, consumer engagement, and product development within the male incontinence category.
You’ll help shape the direction of the brand, managing communications, promotions, and innovation projects. Collaboration is key, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the UK and Europe, including product development, creative, and retail, acting as a key advocate for the brand.
Your expertise and passion for the TENA Men portfolio will support our continued growth. You’ll also guide the development and delivery of training programmes and educational materials, working alongside external partners to promote TENA products and services.
Who You Are
We’re looking for candidates with proven experience in FMCG marketing, ideally having managed brands within a commercial FMCG environment. You’ll have successfully led projects from concept through to market and built strong, collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
