Are you a customer orientated sales person with clinical experience? A large part of the role will involve delivering product training and the remainder driving commercial sales with TENA® in hospitals. About the Role
Working with the global and market leading TENA® brand, you will be responsible for acquiring new business and retaining existing business in Acute and Home Delivery channels. Your activities will support clinicians to make the best choice of TENA continence products to benefit patients, the customer, and Essity. The role is territory based, covering London (within the M25). Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this is a full-time permanent contract.
What You Will Do
- Understand customer needs and market differences in Home Delivery (primary care)
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities in the acute sector
- Deliver product and educational training to customers, remotely and F2F
- Use customer categorisation and CRM tool for call rate and territory planning
- Develop and implement Territory Business Plans, monitoring results
- Use Marketing campaigns to contribute towards achieving sales results
- Produce monthly analysis of business data to identify profitability, revenue opportunities, and business threats
Who You Are
The ideal candidate will be:
- Relationship builder; strong communicator
- Strong at planning and organising
- Analytical
- Able to use influencing skills
- Adept at delivering customer engagement calls and remote training to groups via TEAMs
- Clinical experience with clinical skills / PIN highly desirable.
You will need to reside within the geographic territory, and travel to cover the area as needed, therefore a full driving licence is required. Occasional overnight stays as required.
