Your role as Wearables Category Promoter (Brand Ambassador) involves:

  • Driving the sell-out performance and commercial success of EssilorLuxottica’s Wearables category.
  • Acting as the in-store specialist and category advocate, elevating smart eyewear and smart audio across key channels through product demonstrations, staff training, merchandising excellence, and direct sales support.
  • Influencing purchasing decisions, supporting partners on both sell-in and sell-out activities, and delivering a premium consumer experience.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Leading sell-out activities to achieve and exceed sales targets across the full Wearables portfolio.
  • Identifying and developing commercial opportunities including stock gaps, replenishment needs, upsell opportunities, and cross-category synergies.
  • Presenting, positioning, and demonstrating the unique value proposition of EssilorLuxottica’s connected eyewear solutions.
  • Monitoring stock levels and replenishment needs, proactively working with partners to avoid out-of-stocks.
  • Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Category teams to activate local campaigns and product launches.
  • Delivering regular in-store staff training and knowledge development sessions.
  • Providing technical support and first-level troubleshooting in-store.
  • Driving in-store excellence through effective merchandising and brand presentation.
  • Capturing and sharing consumer and customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour within wearables.
  • Maintaining accurate sales, sell-out, replenishment, and customer data within CRM and reporting tools.

Core Competencies required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in technology, consumer electronics, optical, or healthcare industries.
  • Proven track record of selling innovative or technical products.
  • Fluency in English required; additional EMEA languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory for customer visits, events, and trainings.
