Job Scope And Main Responsibilities
As Trade Marketing Intern, you will support the Trade Marketing Manager – Independent Channel UKI to execute the Independent Channel strategy and implement marketing activities across EssilorLuxottica brands.
Areas Of Responsibilities And Related Activities
- Assisting the marketing team with production and co-ordination of internal and external communications.
- Print buying and co-ordinating point of sale material for promotions, including forecasting and allocating point of sale to drive in store visibility.
- Assisting with the administration required for setting up/running customer promotions including setting up marketing campaigns on CRM platforms.
- Assisting & coordinating independent customers with images for digital and in-store use.
- Assisting with customer trade events.
- Supporting with queries from customers and internal team members.
- Research projects as and when required.
- Support with Customer Loyalty Programmes.
- Helping to set up trade marketing packages for customers when required.
- You will support the team with the day-to-day running and allocation of Digital In-Store tools.
- Undertaking admin tasks for the marketing team as required.
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION
- Be educated to degree-level;
- Be proficient in Microsoft packages;
- Have demonstrable organisational skills;
- Have good spoken and written English;
- Have experience in marketing;
- Have a demonstrable interest in marketing.
