Location: You may be based in either London or Thornbury, Bristol.
Job Scope and Main Responsibilities: As Trade Marketing Intern, you will support the Trade Marketing Manager – Independent Channel UKI to execute the Independent Channel strategy and implement marketing activities across EssilorLuxottica brands.
Areas of Responsibilities and Related Activities: The successful candidate will have the following accountability. Examples of areas in which you will assist include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting the marketing team with production and coordination of internal and external communications.
- Print buying and coordinating point of sale material for promotions, including forecasting and allocating point of sale to drive in store visibility.
- Assisting with the administration required for setting up/running customer promotions including setting up marketing campaigns on CRM platforms.
- Assisting & coordinating independent customers with images for digital and in-store use.
- Assisting with customer trade events.
- Supporting with queries from customers and internal team members.
- Research projects as and when required.
- Support with Customer Loyalty Programmes.
- Helping to set up trade marketing packages for customers when required.
- You will support the team with the day-to-day running and allocation of Digital In‑Store tools.
- Undertaking admin tasks for the marketing team as required.
Personal Specification: To apply for and be successful in this role, the candidate must:
- Be educated to degree‑level.
- Be proficient in Microsoft packages.
- Have demonstrable organisational skills.
- Have good spoken and written English.
- Have experience in marketing.
- Have a demonstrable interest in marketing.
