Position Overview
As Logistics and Aftersales Executive, you will work as part of the Customer Services team to run and strengthen our logistics and aftersales processes, provide business‑relevant reporting and insights, and develop new projects related to these areas. Your work will enable us to manage these functions efficiently and provide the best possible service to our existing and potential clients as well as internal stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
- Deal with clients, suppliers, and colleagues on a day‑to‑day basis.
- Execute the warranty management process.
- Prepare presentations and reports to monitor performance and progress of various projects.
- Enter data and maintain information in various systems.
- Co‑ordinate with couriers for incoming and outgoing mail and parcel items.
- Represent the organization as best in class.
- Display a can‑do attitude.
- Work as part of a team to assist the department in achieving its core KPI’s.
Main Requirements
- Strong computer and database handling skills (knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word is required).
- Previous experience in logistics and/or customer service.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Evidence of working in a task‑based, target‑driven environment.
- Proactive, self‑motivated with a can‑do attitude.
- Clear diction and command of the English language.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Experience using free text in written B2B communication (letters / emails).
- Outstanding process knowledge, understanding and execution to bring projects and plans of the back‑office department to life in an efficient, organised and timely manner.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, using appropriate questions to understand stakeholder needs and handling queries effectively and professionally.
