Your Role

As part of the Customer Services team, you will strengthen our logistics and aftersales processes, provide business reporting and insights, and develop projects to enhance service delivery to clients and internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deal with clients, suppliers, and colleagues on a day‑to‑day basis.
  • Execute the warranty management process.
  • Prepare presentations and reports to monitor performance and progress of projects.
  • Enter data and maintain information across various systems.
  • Coordinate with couriers for incoming and outgoing items.
  • Represent the organization as a best‑in‑class brand.
  • Demonstrate a can‑do attitude.
  • Collaborate within the team to achieve core KPI targets.

Main Requirements

  • Strong computer and database handling skills; proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Previous experience in logistics and/or customer service.
  • Excellent organizational and task‑based management skills.
  • Proactive, self‑motivated attitude with a can‑do mindset.
  • Clear diction and command of the English language.
  • Experience working in a team environment.
  • Proficient in written B2B communication (letters/emails).
  • Outstanding process knowledge and ability to bring projects to life efficiently.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, including effective handling of queries and objections.

Languages

Fluent in English.
