Role Overview As a Digital Designer for our e-commerce brands, you will play a critical role in the evolution of our brand and visual identity. Reporting to the Creative Team Manager, you will help shape the creative vision across all digital platforms, crafting user-centric designs that not only enhance the customer journey but also solidify our brand's presence across a range of platforms. You will work on multiple brands within our Contact Lens Hub and Value Eyewear Hub portfolios. Your work will be essential in ensuring that our brand’s creative output is innovative, cohesive, and aligned with our broader business goals. This hybrid position requires working in our Kensington office 2 days a week, collaborating closely with the wider marketing and creative teams.
- Create visual assets required across all channels, including websites, emails, PR, social media, and paid partnerships.
- Work closely with the Content and CRM teams to produce eye-catching imagery, particularly for email campaigns.
- Create engaging motion graphics for performance channels in alignment with campaign requirements.
- Influence design-led thinking across the business and help develop best practices.
- Participate in kick-off and development sessions related to design and creative inputs, and present ideas and concepts to stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business objectives into powerful designs that engage and convert customers.
- Develop creative programs and design concepts to support and advance our brand and proposition strategy.
- Work closely with UX to ensure that website design is consistent and on-brand.
- Support the brand team with creative and design-related tasks, such as brand audits.
