O Coordenador de Produção será responsável por assegurar o cumprimento das metas de produção, dentro dos padrões de qualidade, quantidade, custos e prazo estabelecidos para fabricação de componentes de armações e montagem de armações de óculos. Como escopo do trabalho deverá realizar:
- Planejar, programar e supervisionar as atividades de produção, visando assegurar o cumprimento das metas definidas, dentro dos padrões de qualidade, custos e segurança estabelecidos.
- Supervisionar cada fase do processo de produção até o processo final, visando garantir conformidade às especificações e características de cada produto.
- Identificar fatores causadores de estragos, desperdícios, paradas imprevistas de máquinas, propondo ou tomando as providências para as correções necessárias.
- Otimizar o tempo de preparação e ajuste de máquinas, visando agilizar o processo produtivo e reduzir o tempo ocioso dos equipamentos.
- Orientar, treinar e motivar a equipe de trabalho, visando alcançar níveis crescentes de produtividade e qualidade.
- Avaliar com a gerência de produção situações de promoções, transferências, desligamentos e contratações.
Requisitos:
- Superior Completo em Engenharia, Tecnologia em Automação e Controle, Tecnologia em Fabricação Metal-Mecânica ou áreas correlatas.
- Experiência acima de 5 anos preferencialmente em posições de gestão.
- Conhecimentos em Pacote Office.
- Inglês desejável avançado/fluente.
- Italiano desejável.
- Conhecimento em conceitos e técnicas de Liderança.
