Role Overview
No optical experience is required – we provide world‑class training to support you in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This Retail Associate position is located at OPSM in Ballina.
Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting customers to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Processing specialised orders for our customers.
- Driving sales by giving customers informative knowledge about our luxury and cutting‑edge products.
- Contributing to a positive and fun team culture.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, sales or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
