Your role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Controller to join our team based in London. This hybrid role requires working in our Kensington office 2 days a week. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is eager to be part of a successful eCommerce business.

Main responsibilities:

• Placing daily orders with suppliers
• Chasing vendors and updating order due dates
• Reconciling delivered quantities with expected volumes
• Investigating, reporting, and informing about availability issues
• Informing customer service for ad-hoc backorder requests
• Coordinating with distribution centers to support daily business
• Reporting KPIs on suppliers\’ performance
• Generating daily reports
• Supporting the Supply Chain Team and Business Development

Main requirements:

• A good understanding of supply chain principles
• Previous experience in supply chain or logistics
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office packages
• Confident communicator via phone, email, and video calls
• Organized and methodical, able to multitask
• A proactive attitude in an evolving environment
