As our UX/UI Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences across Vision Direct, Lensbest and Lenstore. You'll combine creativity, technical expertise, and data‐driven insights to design and optimise user journeys that drive acquisition, conversion, and retention. What you'll be doing:
- Designing, prototyping, and validating optimised user journeys across multiple brands and markets.
- Leading A/B testing initiatives and leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Championing UX best practices throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring consistency and measurable impact.
- Collaborating with developers, product owners, and analysts in Agile sprints to deliver high‐quality solutions.
- Maintaining and evolving scalable UX frameworks to streamline workflows and enhance consistency.
- Creating responsive, accessible prototypes in Figma and embedding localisation and usability principles.
- Using AI‐driven tools to accelerate research and ideation, improving speed and quality.
- Translating user insights into design decisions that improve conversion, engagement, and revenue.
