As a HR Business Partner, you’ll collaborate closely with the Store leadership teams to develop talent, support workforce planning and ensure our HR processes are delivered effectively across the region.

- Exposure to Global Retail Operations - Work closely with leaders across Sunglass Hut, Ray-Ban, Oakley, David Clulow and major department store concessions.
- Strategic & People-Focused - Lead key HR processes including Talent Reviews, Skills Development Reviews and Remuneration cycles, while supporting recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.
- Collaborative Environment - Partner with internal HR teams such as Recruitment, Payroll, Legal, Skills Development, HRIS and Employer Brand to deliver a consistent and high-quality employee experience.
