This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our friendly office at Hilltop Infant School. You will lead the effective administration of the school office and support the strategic work of the School Business Manager.

We are looking for a new colleague who demonstrates flexibility, honesty and commitment to working hard to provide the best possible outcomes for our pupils.

The successful applicant will:

  • Line manage school administrators, including overseeing training, development and PMRs
  • Lead on attendance monitoring, liaising with staff, parents, pupils and external agencies
  • Maintain accurate records on the management information systems (i.e. Bromcom and Single Central Record)
  • Undertake financial administration
  • Lead on pupil admissions
  • Lead on fundraising and marketing for the school in liaison with the School Business Manager
  • Maintain the office diary
  • Liaise with kitchen staff in regards to food orders and audits
  • Assist pupils who are injured or unwell
  • Attend meetings and take minutes as required
