  • Working Hours/Days: Minimum 20 hours per week, to be agreed, within school operating hours 8am-4pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Finance Manager in maintaining all the Academy's financial operations, including payroll
  • Raise, process and monitor purchase orders and invoices
  • Chase outstanding invoices and payments
  • Support delegated budget holders with financial processes
  • Assist with administration and reconciliation of petty cash
  • Support financial processes to ensure appropriate segregation of duties
  • Complete catering orders and maintain catering account records
  • Deputise for the Finance Manager as required
  • Order supplies and equipment for the Academy
  • Support the administration of Academy lettings
  • Assist with premises administration, including arranging maintenance callouts, repairs and insurance renewals
  • Maintain the Academy's Gifts and Hospitality Register
  • Provide general administrative support to the Finance Manager and wider office team
  • Undertake a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the Academy
