Chase High School is seeking to appoint a professional, organised and enthusiastic Sixth Form Administrator & Receptionist to join our successful and supportive Sixth Form team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a busy environment and is passionate about providing an excellent service to students, parents, staff and visitors. As the first point of contact for our Sixth Form, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while providing comprehensive administrative support to the Heads of Year 12 and 13 and the wider Sixth Form team.

Responsibilities:

  • Administration of student admissions.
  • Processing UCAS applications.
  • Managing careers and bursary processes.
  • Coordinating key Sixth Form events such as Open Evenings, Induction Days, Parents' Evenings, Higher Education events and the Sixth Form Awards Evening.
  • Assisting students with day‑to‑day queries.
