USP College is seeking a Head of Work Experience & Employer Engagement to lead the delivery of work experience, industry placements and employer engagement across the College. The role manages the Work Experience, Industry Placement and Employer Engagement teams to ensure learners gain meaningful employer-led experiences that support achievement and progression.
The successful candidate will have experience in employer engagement, work-based learning, education or skills provision.
