The Careers & Ambition Lead is responsible for developing and delivering a whole‐school careers programme. The post requires strategic leadership, high‐level personal guidance, and partnership development with local businesses to provide work‐related learning opportunities for pupils.
Key Responsibilities
- Align the careers agenda with the school's values of kindness, hard work, and ambition.
- Deliver high‐impact, one‐to‐one guidance to KS3 and KS4 pupils.
- Build and manage premium partnerships with local businesses to design and deliver work‐related learning experiences.
- Revise and maintain the school's careers curriculum, assessment, and reporting systems.
- Support staff professional development in careers advice and guidance.
