Part Time Early Years Practitioners required to join the 'bank staff' team for adhoc cover/flexible hours across our 4 Chelmsford area settings. Whether you are returning to work following a break, or want to progress your career pathway, Jesters will support you on your journey.

The role of the Early Years Practitioner is to create a safe, fun and welcoming environment for all children and their parents or carers and to deliver the highest standards of welfare and education to all the children in Jesters care.
What do you have to achieve?
- Assist and support the leadership/management team to deliver high standards of care and education.
- Compliance of regulatory requirements with regards to Safeguarding, Health, Safety and Hygiene and Equalities.
