Hope Learning Community Trust is recruiting a Lead HR Advisor (Central HR Team) on a maternity cover basis to support our new central HR function. You will lead ER casework, act as Investigating Officer, and advise school leaders while partnering with the Trust HR Manager to ensure consistency and high standards across schools.
